We leased a Jaguar F-Pace from here and we've had it for a year now and the whole experience was amazing! Chris and Ronnie from the sales department helped us get a great deal on a car we had our eyes on and made the process very easy by working with us on all that we needed (and we had a LOT of questions)! The training/demo of the car's features could have been better. Although most of my questions were answered, I still had a couple of them that I could have had more information on. It was still very very helpful. As for servicing, the folks at the service department are great. The servicing itself took a lot longer than expected but they hooked us up with a courtesy vehicle for the whole time. We recently moved to San Jose and had to get my car serviced here and I definitely missed the Mission Viejo dealership's customer service. I would definitely recommend this place. They have good staff and even better cars :). Kudos for making the experience of owning a Jag so good!

I got the car I love for my family at an affordable price. Win-win! Even Natasha in finance was really kind and informative, and Adam the sales manager who approved the deal, I am so glad I went to this dealership !

Brian Smith and Jonathan Halliday were spectacular. I purchased a preowned Range Rover from them, and they truly were outstanding. Even the aftermarket wheels and upgrades were done to perfection. I'd highly recommend them both and dealing with them was a complete pleasure.
I just purchased my first ever SUV and chose Land Rover over all other brands, as the new Velar is such a standout vehicle. The experience at Mission Viejo was outstanding, and the sales team went above and beyond to help me find the right trim level and color combination that I wanted. I really felt the team was looking out for me, and had my best interests in mind. The Land Rover genius program also really helped me get to know my car inside and out. They come to your home or office at your convenience which really impressed me! Kudos to Heath, Victoria, and Brian Cameron for making my new SUV purchase such a positive experience!
I recently purchased a new Range Rover Sport with the help of Darius Kazanavicius. He was amazing to work with. His knowledge of the car and follow up was 5 Star. He made sure that we got the vehicle we wanted, at a price that we wished to spend and that the car was delivered as promised with subsequent Encore training of this tech savvy automobile. We had another 5 Star experience with our followup Encore training with Victoria Seabra. She had a wealth of knowledge on the vehicle and she walked us thru how to enjoy our automobile to the fullest extent of it capabilities. We learned so much and never felt rushed or that our questions were not important. Because of her followup and Darius's initial tech training, we are really enjoying the capabilities of this awesome vehicle. Scott Paul and Brian Smith who are the dealership General Manager and Sales Manager were very willing to work thru a unfortunate error by their finance department. It was resolved acceptably for us in spite of a bit of anguish on our part. They took responsibility for their dropping the ball on our loan after check receipt; however they made everything right. I would recommend you giving them your business if you are looking to add a Range Rover to your life.
My Land Rover experience did not start out well with a Velar I purchased in nm prior to my move to California. Although Art Hernandez in service at MV was truly amazing, they just couldn't get the cars technology to function properly. After 8 months of dealing with corporate and trying to get into a new car the MV team stepped up to help. Robert Shepard and Brian Cameron in the sales department did their best to try to find the best F-Pace as a replacement. Finally, when I located my current car, Scott, the general manager priced the car with a deep discount to make it work and to right the bad path I had been down. Nicole called to check on me and the car. Victoria Seabra came to my office to go through all the bells and whistles and she was terrific. Thanks to the entire team at mission viejo for making everything brighter in my car world. Your efforts did not go unnoticed.

I had a great buying experience at Jaguar Land Rover Mission Viejo from the moment I showed up in the parking lot till I drove away in my LR4. I was greeted by Jonathon from the sales team who showed me around the lot and helped narrow down my options to 2 LR4's. Once I decided on a vehicle we started the buying process. The first thing up was my trade in (the worst part of getting a new vehicle). Not this time, the first number they came back with was exactly what I was hoping to get, they even bumped it a little to help get my payment down later in the process. The finance options were fantastic and super low rates on a used vehicle. The sales manager was super nice and really worked hard to win my business. I found one thing I wanted fixed (as this was a used vehicle) and they said no problem and got it fixed. I drove out a few hours later and have enjoyed my Land Rover every day since purchasing from Jaguar Land Rover Mission Viejo. Great Cars, Great People, Great Facility.
From John in sales and the finance department my experience was excellent. Then to top it off they sent a jaguar expert to my home ,to show me more about the car and I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge Victoria had regarding the product. She Showed me some shortcuts and how to get more value and use out of my vehicle. Steve ... satisfied customer!
