If you have money to burn! After bringing my car for a transmission issue, the estimate was $1,700 to replace the gear shifter. In 5 min I got a quote less than half the price from a specialized Land Rover shop just a few miles away. Then they insisted on charging me $275 just to read the codes on the computer. Service was not responsive and after waiting 4 hours for a call back, I had to call the receptionist several times to get me an answer.... I would not recommend to anyone.
I was looking at one of their used cars and confirmed the night before that it was still in stock since I was coming to test drive it the next day, to which I received an e-mail that it was. The one issue I have with the dealership is my expectation that a luxury vehicle dealer will provide loaner cars for their clients. This is very important to me and it is my hope that Mission Viejo Land Rover/Jaguar will adopt this policy. The buying experience was what you would expect....not the most fun, but overall it is something you endure. The most disappointing item was that when we drove off we had less than a quarter tank of gas. We had to stop on the way home to fill up. If you buy here please check your gas tank before you leave and ask them to fill it up. I didn’t do either and it was a mistake to assume it would be filled up when you purchase a car.

This recent trip, I was discouraged to see that my usual service representative, Art, was no longer with the company but was very happy with Scott. With construction in the works, the process of renting a vehicle was a pain, but everyone was very nice and tried to be as quick as possible. Do not service your land rover at this place. I caught the technicians for not inspecting brakes leading to a replacement of the disks being metal to metal 800 miles after the revision of the vehicle. I had to go to the manager to get the disks for free but bottom line I don't trust them anymore. I had numerous issues with them over the past 3 years of service and I am done with buying a land rover for sure.

I had a horrible experience here, they are a bunch of shady crooks. I purchased a Ford Focus ST from this dealer in 2016, we had nothing but issues with it. We went through 2 engines in under 2 years as well as a variety of transmission and clutch issues. My main beef with this dealer is in regards to the engine. We found out this car had an aftermarket ECU modification done which lead to the cause of our engines blowing both times. My salesperson was Ronnie Seeley and I really enjoyed working with him. I dreaded walking into your showroom because I hate car salespeople. I had to because I needed to test drive the car. I met Ronnie and he was great and not annoying at all.. Probably would have had a different outcome if I had dealt with someone else. I came in on Monday and by next week I had my new Range Rover Sport.
